PARMA HAM

Parma ham comes from the hind legs of pigs. Curing the meat with sea salt, just enough to preserve the ham without it tasting too salty.Traditionally the Parma Ham is cut in thin slices (as thick as a sheet of paper) and eaten in an Italian-style panino or rolled up on a breadstick, stuff in a decadent toastie or mix into creamy pasta.
